🚚 Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India via trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at the moment.
⏱ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During festive sales or new launches, processing may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated.
📦 Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–6 working days after dispatch
- Tier 2 & Remote Areas: 5–10 working days
- You will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
🧾 Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: ₹49 flat shipping fee
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹79 service fee
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499

🔁 Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details, re-shipping charges may apply.
📦 Packaging
All orders are carefully packed to ensure products arrive safe and damage-free. We may reuse clean outer boxes to reduce waste, in support of eco-friendly practices.
