At Allsisterss, your satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are handmade with love and care, we have a few simple guidelines in place for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Scrunchies, bows, or bands used or removed from original packaging
  • Products purchased during sales, combos, or bundle offers
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery

Due to hygiene reasons, used hair accessories cannot be accepted.

📩 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at jyotivishwakarma7977@gmail.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Product photo showing the issue
    • Reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 working days.
  3. If approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.

❗ Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • If the product is damaged during return transit due to poor packaging, we may deny the refund.

🧵 Handcrafted Products Policy

As all our products are handmade, minor differences in size, color, or stitching are natural and not considered defects.
